Refund policy

At Strivemovi, we want customers to have clear information about returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged or incorrect orders. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original condition
  • returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and included parts

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@strivemovi.com and including your order number.

After that time, cancellation cannot be guaranteed because the order may already be in processing. If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may still qualify for return under this policy after delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet all return conditions listed in this policy.

Items may be refused if they are:

  • used
  • damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • missing original parts, accessories, packaging, or included materials
  • returned outside the return window

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Strivemovi will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for customer remorse or preference reasons:

The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

Examples of customer-responsibility returns include:

  • wrong item ordered
  • item no longer wanted
  • preference change
  • item not suitable for the customer’s needs

Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, damage, or a defective product.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email support@strivemovi.com with:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • email used for the order
  • reason for the return
  • photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos.

After review, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • replacement
  • refund to the original payment method
  • other appropriate resolution

Order Not Delivered / Lost Package

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact  support@strivemovi.com with your order number.

We will review the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer:

  • a replacement, or
  • a full refund to the original payment method

Exchanges

We accept exchanges when eligible. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact support@strivemovi.com and include your order number and requested exchange details.

Exchange approval depends on product condition and item availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other product-specific reasons. If a product is non-returnable, that information will be stated on the product page.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Timeframe

Once a return is received and approved, refunds are typically initiated within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
